Built as Infrastructure for Circular Materials
LoopNet Asia is a technology company building the digital backbone for circular plastics in Viet Nam and Southeast Asia. We help businesses manage plastic by-products with greater clarity, traceability, and operational control — replacing fragmented handling with structured, decision-ready workflows.
LoopNet Asia is not a marketplace or a campaign.
It is a neutral decision system designed to support real operational choices across the plastics value chain.
Our Mission
Our mission is to make circular material flows operationally viable at scale.
We focus on reducing inefficiency, value loss, and risk in how industrial plastic by-products are handled and routed. By standardising material data and embedding it into decision workflows, LoopNet enables businesses to move from ad-hoc processes to repeatable, auditable operations.
Our role is to provide the digital infrastructure that allows manufacturers, recyclers, and recovery networks to coordinate with clarity — supporting better sourcing, routing, and compliance decisions across the plastics ecosystem.
The Problem We Solve
Large volumes of industrial plastic by-products are still handled inefficiently — routed to low-value outcomes or disposed of — not because recycling is impossible, but because decisions are made with incomplete information.
Factories often lack standardised material data at source. Recyclers face inconsistent feedstock. Downstream handling is fragmented, with limited visibility across parties. As a result, material routing is sub-optimal, recovery value is lost, and operational and compliance risks increase.
LoopNet Asia is built to address these system gaps.
By structuring material data and embedding it into decision workflows, LoopNet Asia enables clearer routing, stronger traceability, and more reliable execution across the plastics value chain.

Meet Our Founder
Quyen Nguyen
Quyen Nguyen brings 10+ years of experience in supply-chain research, circular materials, and market systems across Viet Nam and Southeast Asia. She is Director at CEL, a supply-chain consulting and industry research firm, and Co-Founder of the Vietnam Supply Chain Community, connecting practitioners across industries.
She is also the Founder of Laiday Refill (est. 2018), one of Viet Nam's earliest refill retail initiatives — providing hands-on experience translating circular economy concepts into real operational models.
Our Core Team
LoopNet Asia is built by a cross-functional team of engineers, product specialists, researchers, and field operators, with strong representation of women across technical and leadership roles. The team combines expertise in software engineering, data systems, supply-chain operations, and field deployment.
From platform architecture and SMS-first workflows to data modelling and on-the-ground rollout, the team is focused on one goal: making circular material flows workable at scale — with clearer decisions, stronger traceability, and lower operational friction for businesses.
Developed within CEL and shaped through continuous collaboration with manufacturers, recyclers, and recovery operators, LoopNet Asia is designed around real operating conditions, not theoretical models.
Core contributors since day one include:
Thibaud Huet, Minh Nguyen, Tram Nguyen, Lan Le, Chau Quach, Huynh Vo, Giau Lieu, Tra Tran, Quynh Tran, Duc Nguyen, and Trang Tran.
Our Key Partners
LoopNet Asia works with a focused set of partners that strengthen platform reliability, market adoption, and operational scale.
Our data and system infrastructure is developed in collaboration with CEL and SIMCEL, providing supply-chain intelligence, digital twin capability, and decision-support foundations. We work with industry associations and business networks to support onboarding and practical deployment across manufacturing and recycling clusters.
LoopNet Asia also collaborates with public and multilateral programmes on pilots and market implementation, ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory and reporting requirements. Telecommunications partners support nationwide SMS delivery for low-tech access, while research and knowledge partners contribute validation and market insight.
Together, these partnerships ensure LoopNet Asia can operate as a scalable, neutral decision infrastructure — designed for real-world execution rather than standalone reporting.
